Children Policy:

0-12 years of age stay free if occupying same room as parents. Children 13-years or older are considered adults, hence adult price applies if occupying same room as parents.

Minimum Age to Register for an individual room: 21 years

Extra Person Charge:

$40 above double occupancy

Pool/Beach Pass:

Day Pass - Starting at $75 plus taxes, per adult. Infants 0-2 are free of charge.

Pool/Beach Pass Includes:

Beach Lounge Chairs, Poolside Chaise Lounge Chairs & Umbrellas, Towel Service, 1 Bottle of Water per Person, Complimentary Wi-Fi, Outdoor Showers & Poolside Restrooms, Discounted Valet Parking at $20 per car, Complimentary Luggage Storage, Library with a variety of reading material.

Resort Fee:

$45 per night plus 14% tax = total $51.30

Inclusive elements (subject to change): Wi-Fi throughout entire property, beach towels, pool and beach chairs with parasol, local and toll free calls, lobby library, access to the fitness room. 

Parking:

Valet Parking only, $40 overnight with 24 hours in/out privileges

Pet Policy:

Dog friendly, weight/breed restrictions apply. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $125, (weight under 50lbs). Fee will be processed at check-in.

Smoking:

Our suites are non-smoking, smoking in the guest rooms will result in penalty of $500 (cleaning fee).

Deposit at Check-in for Incidental Charges:

In addition to room, tax, parking and resort fee charges, an additional authorization hold in the amount of $100 per night will be secured at the time of arrival.

Deposit Policy – house default:

1-night deposit of room and tax changes at the time of booking

Cancellation C3– house default:

Cancel up to 72 hours prior to the arrival to avoid the penalty of your entire stay.
