Children Policy:

0-12 years of age stay free if occupying same room as parents. Children 13-years or older are considered adults, hence adult price applies if occupying same room as parents.

Minimum Age to Register for an individual room: 21 years

Extra Person Charge:

$75 above double occupancy

Pool/Beach Pass:

Day Pass - $75 per adult. Infants 0-2 are free of charge, children 3-12 50% ($37.50)

Rates are subject to 7% tax.

Pool/Beach Pass Includes:

Beach Lounge Chairs, Poolside Chaise Lounge Chairs & Umbrellas, Towel Service, 1 Bottle of Water per Person, Complimentary Wi-Fi, Outdoor Showers & Poolside Restrooms, Discounted Valet Parking at $20 per car, Complimentary Luggage Storage, Library with a variety of reading material

Resort Fee:

$35 per night plus 14% tax = total $39.90.

Inclusive elements (subject to change): Wi-Fi throughout entire property, beach towels, pool and beach chairs with parasol, local and toll free calls, lobby library. 

Parking:

Valet Parking only, $30 overnight with 24 hours in/out privileges

Pet Policy:

Dog friendly, weight/breed restrictions apply. There is a non-refundable cleaning fee of $150, (weight under 50lbs). Fee will be processed at check-in.

Smoking:

Our suites are non-smoking, smoking in the guest rooms will result in penalty of $500 (cleaning fee).

Deposit at Check-in for Incidental Charges:

In addition to room, tax, parking and resort fee charges, an additional authorization hold in the amount of $100 per night will be secured at the time of arrival.

Deposit Policy – house default:

1-night deposit of room and tax changes at the time of booking

Cancellation C3– house default:

Cancel up to 72 hours prior to the arrival to avoid penalty of 1-night room and tax changes.

House policy does change with holiday, special event and low/distressed demand periods
